SuperView / Duty rosters SuperView is excellently adapted to continuous operation environments. It is e.g. possible to only allow messages to be sent from 5 AM to 11 PM or from 9 AM to 5 PM on working days. Duty rosters allow you to indicate who is available and when. The roster can also indicate how the various staff can be reached (e.g. by E-mail, pager, or phone). Staff members may be reached in several ways. It is e.g. possible to set the system to send End-User Windows Messenger messages at the office by day, and at home over the phone or the mobile phone in the evening. The duty roster may also contain all kinds of additional information. If someone cannot be reached, the system will automatically select an alternative.
